Service Description
Erisera provides a hosted dashboard and orchestration layer for AI-powered software engineering agents. The service coordinates task execution across your Kubernetes clusters using your own API keys and infrastructure. Erisera does not execute code on your behalf; agent workloads run within your environment.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring that your use of AI provider keys complies with the respective provider's terms of service.
- The configuration and security of your Kubernetes clusters and connected infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Generate, distribute, or store malicious code or content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or tenants.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the orchestration platform.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to code produced by AI agents running in your infrastructure. Erisera claims no ownership over outputs generated through your use of the service. The Erisera platform, including its software, documentation, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Erisera.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The BYOK architecture means your agent workloads can continue to operate independently if the hosted dashboard is temporarily unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erisera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages from AI-generated code changes, failed deployments, or data loss within your infrastructure. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Erisera harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard settings. Erisera may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your orchestration data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Agent workloads already running in your infrastructure are unaffected.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect, via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
