When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:
- Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through our identity provider.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns that help us improve the product.
- Cluster metadata — Kubernetes namespace names, resource counts, and status information transmitted by the dashboard. We do not collect the contents of your workloads or source code.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Erisera services.
- Authenticate your identity and enforce tenant isolation.
- Communicate service updates, security notices, and product changes.
- Analyze aggregate usage to improve reliability and guide product development.
BYOK Architecture & Data Sovereignty
Erisera products follow a Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) model. Your AI provider API keys and cloud credentials are stored in your own infrastructure. Agent workloads run inside your Kubernetes clusters, and source code never leaves your environment. Erisera's hosted services coordinate orchestration metadata only.
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our product:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- GitHub — repository access and pull-request integrations via our GitHub App.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Job metadata and logs are retained for 90 days after completion unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, tenant-isolated namespaces, CSRF protection, and role-based access controls. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to security@erisera.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
